Shallow water top water action is always fun, and today was no differnt. The Wisconsin River near Wisconsin Dells has plenty of areas to fish top water. Everything from shallow sandbars to rocky edges to brush. This fish came from a narrow shallow side channel with a rock edge and a little wood. Fish was caught with a topwater torpedo.
