We were actually fishing for Crappies and Smallmouth when his jig and minnow got snagged. After getting his hook out of the snag, this dandy northern inhaled his jig. It took a couple minutes because his line was only six pound test. The fish made a couple runs towards some down logs, after manageing to keep it out of the snags the fish was brought to the net. Once in the boat, the fish was measured, photographed and then released.
