The temperature was perfect, wind was calm and the fish were biting. Three of these five fisherman took their second fishing trip with Knitt Guide Service in three days and this time they brought two extra people. We went out for a morning of fishing on a lake where I knew the crappies were biting. We started off fishing in the wood, and they got off to a great start. After a while we moved to a rock pile along the shore line where the fishing was excellent. Tube jigs seemed to be the ticket today, and the color didn't matter as everyone caught fish. They really had fun as they could see the fish in the wood and on the rocks and they enjoyed casting to them and watching them come up and inhale the bait. This is only what they kept, they released many others. A great time was had by all.
