He hit the Wisconsin River using a jig and minnow. He was working a shoreline with wood and rock along it. He caught Whitebass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Catfish, Crappies and Smallmouth Bass. After keeping enough Crappies and a Walleye for a meal, we went to a rock point where he caugh this nice smallie. After quite a little struggle, this fish was brought to the net. After a quick photo he was released for someone else to enjoy. It was his last fish of the day and a great way to end the trip.
