This was an evening fishing trip. My wife and I went out to get a couple of Walleyes for a meal. We got our Walleyes, so we tried a little Smallie fishing. I was throwing a tube jig, working a rocky shoreline when this nice Flathead took my jig. Not what I was fishing for, but a nice fight and surprise. He was released.
