A cold clear deep lake located near Baraboo, WI and just a short drive from Wisconsin Dells. A great fishing destination for trout and bass (largemouth, smallmouth, rock). Panfish, walleyes and northern pike are also present. After your fishing trip you may come back for a hike. There are numerous hikeing trails and camp sites here. You may go for a swim, as there are two beaches, with picnic areas, or you may let your kids watch a train as it goes by along the opposite shore of the lake. A good place to relax and take in the scenery of the area. You may even get lucky and see a bald eagle take a fish off the surface of the water.
