He really wanted to catch some catfish. Dexter and his guide went to a backwater area with minimal current. He caught this nice catfish on his second cast. Dexter told his guide that this is the biggest catfish he ever caught. While in this area a doe and her fawn crossed the river just upstream from us, and he really enjoyed watching them take their morning swim. Dexter stated he really had fun and would like to come back next year.
